sustainably grown,
for nature and people
Lauriston Wildflowers is a small co-operative nursery, growing Scottish wild plants at the beautiful Lauriston Farm in North Edinburgh. We grow the plants that our region needs - to repair our landscapes, bring life to our gardens, and bring our wildlife back from the brink. We dream of a healthy world full of flowers and the buzzing of insects. Whether you have a big space or a tiny one, let us help you find the right wildflowers for you.

Growing for a Healthy Planet
Pesticide and peat free
We grow in locally sourced sustainable material and never ever use chemical controls on our plants.
Locally adapted
Our plants are grown in all the weather of Edinburgh so are made of tough stuff and are ready for life in southern and central Scotland and the north of England.
Low plastic and sustainable
We grow in second-hand pots and tough trays that will last us decades. Our plants are grown with no heating and minimal watering, and we are experimenting to grow tougher plants with fewer inputs.
